Collaboration with INAH & Google Mexico
INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) of Mexico in association with Google Mexico created the national contest "Put Mexico on the Map". For this contest was created a contest for young people and professionals dedicated to 3d design to model buildings of archaeological sites, museums or monuments by the use of the tool Google Sketchup. The winners are gonna be published in Google Earth.During the conference for the launch of the contest, INAH showed to the public and to the press with the innovative Multi-Touch Wall of Hotpixel some videos of the contest, and a 360ยบ experience of one of the halls of the National Museum of Anthropology where the users can navigate freely in the hall. The goal is to bring people close to museum spaces even when they are in a different geographic location and to create a virtual window to visit it in any remote place.
